The objective is to design a blockchain-based scholarship management system that ensures transparency, immutability, and security in handling student applications. The project aims to offer an Android-based interface for students, volunteers, and administrators, enabling efficient submission, verification, and approval processes. The goal is to create a reliable, user-friendly, and fraud-resistant platform for scholarship operations.
This project presents a secure, transparent, and decentralized scholarship management system built using blockchain technology, with an Android application as the frontend. The platform enables students to submit scholarship applications, volunteers to verify and comment on submissions, and administrators to approve or reject applications. Traditional scholarship systems often suffer from data manipulation, delays, and lack of transparency, which blockchain effectively addresses by offering immutability and distributed record-keeping. The Android interface ensures ease of access and real-time tracking for all stakeholders. With automated verification flows, blockchain storage of applications, and role-based access, the system enhances trust, reduces fraud, and simplifies the management of scholarship processes. The combination of mobile accessibility and blockchain integration results in a reliable, user-friendly, and tamper-proof platform for educational organizations aiming to modernize scholarship distribution and maintain accountability across all operations.
