Abstract

The "Quick Fix-Home Services" platform is designed to streamline the process of connecting users with skilled technicians for various home services. This system comprises three primary stakeholders: users, technicians, and administrators, each with specific roles and functionalities to ensure seamless service delivery. Users can register and log in to the platform, where they can browse available services, book appointments, track booking statuses, and provide feedback on the services rendered by technicians. This feedback mechanism ensures accountability and helps maintain high service quality. Technicians can also register and log in to the platform, allowing them to manage their profiles, view and respond to service requests, and access their service history. This functionality enables technicians to efficiently handle bookings and maintain a record of their past services, which can help in tracking performance and improving service delivery. The administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire system. They have the authority to view users and technicians, authorize or unauthorize technicians, and monitor the overall service history. This oversight ensures that only qualified technicians are allowed to offer their services, maintaining the platform's integrity and reliability. The "Quick Fix-Home Services" platform thus provides a comprehensive solution for managing home service needs, fostering a user-friendly environment where service quality and efficiency are prioritized through systematic user, technician, and admin interactions.
