Objective

The primary objective of this project is to develop an efficient and user-friendly job portal system that benefits both job seekers and employers. It aims to provide a platform where job seekers can easily search, apply, and track jobs while receiving personalized recommendations. For employers, the system offers tools to post jobs, manage candidates, and track applications efficiently. The system will also incorporate job prediction features to enhance job matching, ensuring users receive the most relevant recommendations based on their profiles and previous activity.

Abstract

Comprehensive job portal system featuring three core modules—Admin, Jobseeker, and Employer—designed to streamline and optimize the hiring process. Admin module provides robust tools for efficient user management, overseeing employers, job seekers, and job listings, ensuring platform integrity and smooth operations. Jobseeker module empowers individuals to register securely, upload resumes, search and apply for jobs seamlessly, track application status, and receive personalized job recommendations. Advanced job prediction algorithms analyse user profiles, skills, and past applications to suggest highly relevant opportunities, improving match accuracy. Employer module allows companies to post job openings, manage active listings, review applicant resumes, and shortlist candidates efficiently, reducing recruitment time significantly. Key features include secure authentication system, intuitive application workflows, resume parsing, and AI-driven personalized recommendations. Platform emphasizes scalability to handle growing user bases while maintaining performance. Overall, job portal enhances employment outcomes by bridging job seekers and employers effectively, minimizing mismatches, accelerating hiring cycles, and delivering user-friendly experience for all stakeholders.
