They can also provide valuable feedback and report any issues encountered during their shopping or delivery experience. Delivery personnel will have dedicated access to view assigned orders, manage delivery logistics, and ensure timely product shipments to customers. Administrators will oversee the entire operation, managing user authorizations, maintaining product catalogs, and addressing customer feedback to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction across the platform. This initiative aims to streamline vegetable commerce, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a positive customer experience in the agricultural sector.
