Objective

The primary objective of the Bus Booking System is to develop an efficient, user-friendly platform that simplifies the process of booking bus tickets for travelers while enabling seamless bus management for operators. The system aims to provide users with the ability to easily search, book, and pay for buses, as well as access booking history and receive support via a chatbot. For admins, the platform aims to streamline the management of bus schedules, booking tracking, and customer interactions. The overall goal is to improve efficiency, enhance user experience, and ensure secure transactions for both travelers and bus operators.

Abstract

tThe Bus Booking System is a dual-module platform designed to simplify the process of bus ticket booking for travelers and streamline bus management for admins. Β·         Admin Module: Admins can directly log in to manage bus operations by adding new buses, viewing bookings, and overseeing the entire bus schedule. Admins have the ability to track and manage all bookings made by users, ensuring efficient operations and a seamless user experience. Β·         User Module: Users can register and log in to the system, allowing them to search for buses based on departure and arrival locations and travel dates. Once users find available buses, they can book tickets, make secure payments, and view their booking history. The system also includes a chatbot feature for immediate assistance, and users can log out after completing their tasks. This system enhances convenience for both bus operators and travelers, offering real-time bus updates, secure payment processing, and easy navigation for a smooth booking experience.
