Objective

The objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive, automated document verification system that ensures secure identity authentication, reliable document integrity, and efficient management. By incorporating live face authentication for secure login, SHA hashing for document integrity, deduplication techniques to avoid redundant uploads, and a document-to-speech feature for enhanced accessibility, the system aims to provide users with a seamless, secure, and inclusive experience. Additionally, it seeks to ensure data privacy and security throughout the user session, including a secure logout process and session management. Ultimately, the goal is to offer a trustworthy solution for handling official documentation in a user-friendly and efficient manner.

Abstract

Comprehensive Automated Document Verification System for Official Documentation

ABSTRACT:

The Comprehensive Automated Document Verification System for Official Documentation allows users to securely register and log in with live face authentication to ensure identity verification. Once authenticated, users can upload their official documents, which are hashed using SHA for secure storage and integrity. The system also implements a deduplication process, ensuring that duplicate documents are not uploaded. Users can view their uploaded documents and take advantage of a document-to-speech conversion feature, making it easier to access and understand the content. At the end of the session, users can securely log out from the website, ensuring the privacy and safety of their information throughout the process.
