Additionally, the project aims to enhance transparency, reduce administrative overhead, and support effective academic scheduling through a user-friendly and secure platform.
The "Automatic Classroom Occupancy System with Blockchain Integration (Ganche)" is an advanced, secure, and efficient system designed to manage classroom bookings in educational institutions. The system allows faculty members to view available classrooms, make bookings, and check the real-time booking status, which is indicated using color codes (green for availability and red for booking). Administrators can manage classrooms, approve or reject booking requests, and maintain a comprehensive overview of classroom occupancy. To ensure data security, the system integrates Ganche, a blockchain framework that offers enhanced protection for sensitive data such as booking information, user credentials, and system logs. By using Ganche, the system guarantees a decentralized, immutable, and transparent platform, ensuring that all classroom booking data is tamper-proof and securely stored.
