Authorized Keyword Search over Outsourced Encrypted Data in Cloud Environment

Objective

This project aims to develop a secure keyword search scheme for encrypted cloud data, employing ciphertext-policy attribute-based encryption. It targets multi-owner, multi-user scenarios, ensuring semantic security, supporting conjunctive keyword searches, and efficient user and attribute management through bilinear-map accumulators. The goal is to enhance data accessibility while preserving confidentiality in cloud-based keyword search mechanisms.

Abstract

In the abstract of peer-to-peer (P2P) cloud computing, robust authentication and key agreement mechanisms are essential for safeguarding sensitive data and preserving user privacy. This paper presents a novel approach that integrates anonymous identity with the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm for authentication and key agreement in P2P cloud environments. By incorporating AES, a widely adopted symmetric encryption algorithm known for its efficiency and security, the proposed system ensures the confidentiality and integrity of communication channels between peers. Anonymous identities are utilized to authenticate users without revealing personally identifiable information, thereby enhancing privacy protection. Through the integration of AES and anonymous identity, the system establishes secure communication channels while preserving anonymity and thwarting various security threats prevalent in P2P cloud environments. A comprehensive analysis of the protocol's security properties and performance characteristics is provided, demonstrating its effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
