The objective of the Interactive Job and Internship Platform is to connect job seekers and students with employers by providing an easy-to-use online system for searching, applying, and managing job and internship opportunities efficiently.

Abstract

An Interactive Job and Internship Platform for the Technical Education Department is designed to bridge the gap between students, educational institutions, and recruiters by providing a centralized, digital recruitment ecosystem. The platform enables students to create comprehensive profiles showcasing their academic background, technical skills, certifications, and projects, while allowing companies to post job and internship opportunities tailored to specific qualifications and skill sets. Educational institutions and administrators can monitor placement activities, track student progress, and generate analytical reports to support data-driven decision-making. The system incorporates interactive features such as application tracking, notifications, and real-time communication to enhance user engagement and transparency in the recruitment process. By streamlining job discovery, application management, and institutional oversight, the proposed platform improves employability, promotes industry–academia collaboration, and supports the Technical Education Department in achieving efficient and scalable career development outcomes.
