The objective of the “Ambulance Booking System” project is to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of emergency response operations by providing a centralized platform for patients, ambulance drivers, and hospitals. Through this system, the primary goal is to streamline the booking process for ambulances, allowing patients to quickly and easily request assistance based on availability and hospital proximity. Ambulance drivers are empowered to efficiently manage and respond to patient requests, updating their status upon completion of assignments. Moreover, the system aims to facilitate seamless coordination among hospitals by maintaining driver records and displaying real- time information on remaining patients. Ultimately, the project seeks to optimize emergency response efforts by leveraging technology to improve communication, resource allocation, and overall patient care.

Users register and log in to access functionalities tailored to their roles: patients can book ambulances based on availability and hospital proximity, while viewing detailed ambulance listings. Ambulance drivers can view patient requests, accept them, and update their status upon completion. The system efficiently manages multiple requests, displaying remaining patients when a driver is on duty and marking accepted requests accordingly.
