Objective

The main objective of this project is to develop an AI-powered adaptive learning platform that enhances the online education experience through intelligent technologies. The system aims to analyze student performance using Artificial Intelligence, provide personalized learning recommendations, and generate adaptive learning paths based on student behavior and academic progress. The project also focuses on integrating an AI chatbot for real-time doubt clarification and academic assistance, automating quiz generation and performance tracking, and helping educators efficiently manage courses and monitor student analytics. Overall, the platform is designed to improve student engagement, learning efficiency, and teaching effectiveness in modern e-learning environments.

Abstract

The AI-Powered Adaptive Learning and Student Performance Analytics Platform is an intelligent web-based educational system designed to enhance teaching and learning through the integration of Artificial Intelligence technologies. The platform provides a centralized environment where administrators can manage users, courses, quizzes, live classes, study materials, payments, and performance reports, while students can enroll in courses, access learning resources, attend live sessions, attempt assessments, and monitor their academic progress. The system utilizes AI-driven analytics to evaluate student activities such as quiz scores, attendance, course completion rate, learning behavior, and video interaction patterns to generate personalized performance reports and adaptive learning recommendations. The platform also integrates an AI-powered chatbot for doubt clarification and instant academic assistance, along with intelligent features such as quiz generation, course recommendation, performance prediction, and personalized learning path generation. Additional functionalities including video and PDF management, leaderboard systems, certificate generation, subscription handling, and analytics dashboards further improve the learning experience. The system is developed using Django, Python, SQLite/MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs, and AI models to provide scalability, efficiency, and an interactive educational environment. The proposed platform aims to transform traditional e-learning systems into intelligent adaptive learning environments that improve student engagement, academic performance, and teaching effectiveness.
