By leveraging artificial intelligence, the system will analyze user preferences to offer tailored travel options. The platform will also prioritize user safety through features like hospital locators, ambulance details, and an emergency SOS function. For administrators, the project will offer efficient management tools to oversee travel services, user data, and emergency situations. The platform will be accessible on both web and mobile devices and will be designed to scale and adapt to future updates and expansions. Ultimately, the project seeks to provide a comprehensive, intelligent, and secure solution for modern travel needs.

Abstract

AI Driven Destination Planning Insights is an intelligent travel management system that enhances the overall travel experience by integrating artificial intelligence for personalized and efficient destination planning. The platform allows users to explore various places, view detailed descriptions of tourist attractions, and conveniently book flights, hotels, and rental vehicles. It also provides access to nearby hospitals along with ambulance details, and features an emergency SOS function that sends alerts via email to ensure user safety. The system is designed for two types of users: general users and administrators. Users can register, log in, manage their bookings, and view their profiles, while administrators are responsible for adding and managing destinations, travel services, and emergency reports. By combining AI-driven insights with essential travel and safety services, the platform offers a smart, secure, and user-friendly solution for destination planning.
