The primary objective of this project is to design and implement an integrated e-commerce platform that allows consumers, sellers, and manufacturers to interact seamlessly. The consumer-facing part will focus on cart management, product browsing, order viewing, and payments. For sellers, the system will offer product management, order tracking, and payments viewing functionalities. Manufacturers will have a dashboard to manage sellers and ensure product availability. The project also aims to enhance the user experience by ensuring the system is intuitive, secure, and scalable, fostering smooth interaction between all users while streamlining e-commerce operations.
The e-commerce industry has seen rapid growth in recent years, necessitating the development of efficient and user-friendly systems to manage the various actors involved, including consumers, sellers, and manufacturers. The system provides manufacturers with the ability to add and manage sellers, while consumers can register, browse products, and make purchases. Sellers can manage their products and orders, ensuring that products are available for consumers to purchase. The core functionality revolves around a user-friendly interface for adding items to a cart, viewing orders, and making payments. The system also includes a dashboard for all users, where they can monitor activity, manage profiles, and perform essential tasks such as viewing orders and making payments. The architecture of the project ensures smooth interaction across roles, with intuitive navigation for the consumer, seller, and manufacturer. The project aims to provide a seamless, secure, and scalable solution to the complexities of managing an e-commerce platform, thereby enhancing the user experience while promoting efficient operations.
