Abstract
The objective of this application is to provide a work to worker. The system focuses on the workers of organized and unorganized sector that includes masons, carpenters, electricians, gardeners, painters and other employees. The system allows interaction between organized and unorganized sectors. The proposed system is a web based solution through which workers register their details and hiring people will upload their work details. Here workers can login and view the works available nearer to their place. Here workers can give ratings about the hirers and hirers can give feedback to the workers also. This web application is very useful in the society.It is a web application where users can update their profile and enter their details using a web page. This web page acts as a third party between the users and companies. Workers can obtain their suitable work according to their selected domain. It provides a direct communication between workers and hirers.
