Objective

Vehicle-Care Garage aims to streamline vehicle service management using AI-powered automation for service requests, diagnostics, and tracking. By integrating Gemini AI, it enables instant image-based damage assessment, reducing manual inspections. The platform enhances communication, transparency, and operational efficiency for vehicle owners, service companies, and admins.

Abstract

Vehicle-Care Garage is an advanced web-based platform developed using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) and Gemini AI, designed to enhance the vehicle service experience for vehicle owners, service companies, and clients. The platform aims to simplify the interaction between these stakeholders, offering streamlined features that allow users to request services, manage vehicle repairs, and track service statuses in real time. For admins, Vehicle-Care Garage provides a comprehensive dashboard that allows full management of the platform, including overseeing the operations of both vehicle owners and service companies. Admins can view all service companies, owners, and users, and manage user profiles. Service companies can manage their own profiles and service offerings, upload images for vehicle damage assessment, and respond to service requests. The owner of the service company can view all requests from users and manage their services efficiently. The most innovative aspect of Vehicle-Care Garage is the integration of Gemini AI, which powers the platform’s AI-based vehicle diagnostics. Users and clients can upload images of vehicle damage, which are processed by the AI to offer real-time, accurate diagnostics and recommendations. This AI-driven feature reduces the dependency on manual inspection, providing a quicker, more reliable analysis of the vehicle’s condition. Clients can receive diagnostic results and reports in a user-friendly format, enhancing their overall service experience. Vehicle owners and clients can easily manage their profiles, track requests, and view service reports. Service requests are automatically sent to the relevant service companies based on the user’s preferences, and both parties can track the status of services in real-time. The platform also includes an option to upload damage images, which further helps in accurate service delivery and better customer satisfaction.
