Project Code :TEMBMA2760

Objective

The main objective of the project is mainly intended to design a voice based alerting system for the blind people based on ultrasonic distance for obstacle detection and voice circuit for voice based announcements. The advantage of this device is voice based announcement for easy navigation

Abstract

This project introduces an innovative assistive technology tailored for visually impaired individuals. It employs ultrasonic sensors to detect obstacles, calculating their distance, and relays this information through a voice module. Pre-recorded voice messages guide users in navigating their surroundings safely. The system now includes an LCD screen for visual information, GSM communication for emergency alerts, GPS tracking for location data, and an emergency switch for immediate distress messages. By combining auditory feedback, visual information, emergency communication, and location tracking, this project enhances the mobility and safety of visually impaired individuals, enabling them to navigate confidently and seek assistance when needed, ultimately improving their quality of life.
