Abstract

The Traffic Sign Recognition System with Hardware Implementation aims to improve road safety and assist drivers by automatically detecting and classifying traffic signs in real time. Using a Raspberry Pi and an attached camera module, the system captures live video footage, processes each frame to identify traffic signs, and alerts the driver through visual or audio outputs. This intelligent driver assistance system reduces human error and enhances situational awareness, especially in complex or unfamiliar road conditions. With its compact design and real-time processing capabilities, the system is ideal for integration into smart vehicles and advanced transportation systems.
