The primary objective of Therawell is to develop a user-friendly web-based digital health monitoring system that enables individuals to efficiently track daily health activities and monitor vital parameters on a weekly basis. The system aims to provide meaningful health insights through data analytics and visualizations, generate automated health summaries and reports, and support preventive healthcare practices. Additionally, the platform seeks to enhance user engagement and health awareness by offering centralized health data management and general health guidance through an integrated chat bot.
Digital health monitoring has become essential for proactive healthcare management, enabling individuals to track health parameters and receive timely insights. However, many existing systems lack integrated tracking, analytics, and reporting features in a single platform. This paper presents Therawell, a web-based digital health monitoring and tracking system designed to support users in managing their daily health activities and vital parameters efficiently. The system allows users to register, maintain personal health profiles, perform daily health tracking through a calendar-based interface, and record weekly vital signs such as heart rate, blood pressure, and oxygen levels. Therawell incorporates automated data analysis to generate health summaries, visual analytics using graphs, and downloadable PDF reports. Additionally, the system provides weekly email-based health reports and a chatbot interface to offer general health guidance and reminders. The application is developed using React.js for the frontend, Node.js and Express.js for the backend, and MongoDB for data storage, ensuring scalability and responsiveness. By integrating tracking, monitoring, analytics, and reporting into a unified platform, Therawell enhances user engagement, promotes preventive healthcare practices, and supports informed health management.
