Taste Trail(Food Ordering)

Project Code :TCMAJA684

Objective

The objective of Taste Trail is to create an efficient and userfriendly platform that connects customers, restaurants, delivery personnel, and administrators.

Abstract

Taste Trail is an innovative food ordering platform designed to streamline interactions between customers, restaurants, delivery personnel, and administrators. The system enables restaurants to register and manage their menus, orders, and delivery teams efficiently. Upon registration, an admin must approve the restaurant, which can then access features like CRUD operations on food items, order management, assigning delivery personnel, and handling feedback. Delivery personnel can log in to view and manage orders, including marking them as complete or providing reasons for cancellations. Customers can register, browse menus, add items to their cart, place orders, and provide feedback on completed orders. They can also view offers, which are visible only after admin approval. Admins oversee the entire process, including approving restaurant registrations and offers, and managing customer data. TasteTrail ensures a seamless experience for all stakeholders by integrating robust management and feedback mechanisms.
