The main objectives of this project are to detect and monitor steroid levels in milk using analytical techniques combined with machine learning for food safety assurance.It focuses on identifying harmful residues that may result from hormone use in dairy cattle. This approach helps ensure regulatory compliance, consumer health, and quality control in milk production.
