Solar & Wind Power Electrical Vehicles

Project Code :TEMBMA3200

Objective

The main objective of this project is to generate power using solar and wind energy to run electric vehicles

Abstract

Due to scarcity of fossil fuel in future and its detrimental effect on the environment, an alternative energy has to be discovered. Wind power is clean and sustainable natural resources that has yet to be fully utilized in the automotive industry. Also the sun is probably the most important source of renewable energy available today. The hybrid system has been designed and installed to generate power which combines wind turbine and solar panel. The hybrid model system is renewable energy system, which helps conserve energy by reducing the use of fuel in vehicle. Here we are using arduino uno, solar panel, 12v battery, LCD, relay, DC motor, propeller, robot, Bluetooth module. Here we are using solar panel and DC motor attached with propeller for wind energy and we will connect it to battery. Here battery will store power that is created from solar and wind. This process will be continuously on. We are using two battery if one get discharge it will switch to another battery by using relay. Battery voltage will display it on LCD. And after that this battery supply is given to arduino, arduino will take power from battery. We are using Bluetooth module to control the robot.
