Smart Shop Employee management System
ABSTRACT
The main aim of this "Smart Shop Employee management System" is to manage the process of employee system based on android mobile platform app. Shop owner maintain the entire process registration of employee and leave management, and work allotment and all process. Employee can login with his credentials and they can perform their actions like apply for leave and notification viewing like. Admin (or) owner of the shops can handle the entire process like managing of leaves and work and shop allotment to employees to work certain day. The work allotment process can be sent through SMS to employees based on his resisted mobile number. Based on that allotment message employee have to work on that particular place mention on that message. Based on android application this process can be very simpler the owner and employee very fast and accurate. E-Commerce efficiently. In addition to this we run the app on an Android based tablet & not on an iOS based tablet which is more expensive alternative. We use a cloud-based server for storing the database which makes it inexpensive & Secure.
