Objective

The main objective of the project is to avoid the corruption in rationing system to a large extent by providing transparency at each level by storing all the data in database and in turn it is easy for higher authorities to cross check the data at any point.

Abstract

The smart ration card system is an advance model of a ration card system using RFID and Raspberry Pi. We present real time ration system, RFID reader module which scan the data from RFID card and transmits data serially to Raspberry Pi.

The main focus of the project is to maintain clear process between consumer and government. An RFID card, if valid user is found he then is eligible to take food. After this transaction a message will sent to consumer using GSM and government web page through IOT communication.
