Provide efficient tracking of queries (problems and solutions). Enable users to view, respond to, and provide feedback on posted problems and solutions. Abstract

The Smart search - query, solution and feedback management system is a modern and integrated platform designed to facilitate structured issue reporting, collaborative problem-solving, and transparent feedback collection within organizations or communities. This system allows efficient tracking of queries (problems and solutions) and enhances communication between administrators and users. It leverages React.js for a dynamic front-end, Node.js/Express.js for the back-end, and MongoDB for data management, ensuring smooth operation and scalability. The platform offers distinct modules for two primary user roles: Administrators, who manage queries and monitor user feedback, and general Users, who can view, respond to, and provide feedback on posted problems and solutions. This design enables seamless query submission, real-time updates, and robust query management. The system aims to improve engagement, transparency, and resolution efficiency in collaborative problem-solving environments, making it a vital tool for organizations and communities seeking to manage issues systematically.
