Objective

The objective of the Skill Connect project is to create a seamless, user-friendly platform that connects service providers with users efficiently. By incorporating three distinct modules—Provider, User, and Admin—the platform ensures easy registration, booking management, real-time communication, and personalized experiences for both service providers and users. The goal is to streamline the service booking process, allowing users to find and interact with skilled professionals while enabling service providers to manage their services effectively. Additionally, the Admin module ensures the platform's security and smooth operation, fostering a reliable and organized environment for all parties involved.

ABSTRACT

The Skill Connect project is an innovative platform designed to facilitate seamless interactions between service providers and users through three distinct modules: Provider, User, and Admin. The Provider module enables service providers to register, log in, manage bookings, engage in real-time chat with users, view feedback, and update their profiles. The User module allows individuals to register, log in, search for service providers, book services, communicate with providers, rate their experiences, and manage their profiles. The Admin module plays a crucial role in maintaining the platform's integrity by allowing administrators to log in, view and delete user and provider accounts, and manage overall platform operations. Skill Connect aims to enhance the service booking experience by providing a user-friendly interface and robust functionalities that connect users with skilled professionals efficiently while ensuring a secure and organized environment for all stakeholders.
