Self-diagnosis system for disease treatment using ML

Abstract:-

Medical Diagnostic system project is implemented in java platform. Main aim of this project is to develop a software application for doctors and patients for immediately diagnosing disease using tools which was usually done through manual process. This system will be used to quickly find out the disease and generate reports about the patient status which will be useful for further understanding to deal with the case. This system doesn’t require any interference of doctor for analyzing the case, system will analyze and send reports to doctor and patient based on symptoms. After analyzing patients details are stored in database which can be viewed any time for further analysis. Using this report doctor can provide treatment for patient and software will guide patient with doctor’s information who can solve his problem. It extracts sentences from published medical papers that mention diseases and treatments, and identifies semantic relations that exist between diseases and treatments. Our evaluation results for these tasks show that the proposed methodology we implement, some unsupervised techniques that are obtained are reliable outcomes that could be integrated in an application to be used in the medical care domain. The potential value of this paper stands in the ML settings that we propose and in the fact that we outperform previous results on the same data set.
