To offer authenticated encryption (AE) for both encoding and mapping a message to the curve, this work aim proposes a reliable and validated scheme. This study also offers analytical findings regarding the proposed scheme's security needs in comparison to various encryption methods. In order to assess each scheme's effectiveness, a comparison is also made between the SE-Enc and other cutting-edge encryption techniques.
