The objective of the Virtual Science Lab Collaboration Hub is to build a comprehensive, user-friendly, and interactive digital platform that brings together students, teachers, and administrators in a centralized virtual laboratory environment. The system aims to simplify and enhance the process of conducting, managing, and evaluating science experiments, assignments, and academic interactions in an online ecosystem.
The Virtual Science Lab Collaboration Hub is a web-based platform designed to digitize and enhance the process of conducting, managing, and collaborating on scientific laboratory activities in educational institutions. The system is divided into three primary modules: Student, Teacher, and Admin. The Student module enables learners to register, explore laboratories, view experiments, submit experiment results, access assignments, submit answers, view correct solutions, check their scores, receive feedback, update their profile, and log out securely. The Teacher module allows educators to create and manage labs, design experiments, prepare assignments with questions, provide official answers, review submitted experiments and assignments, generate scores, give feedback, and update their profile. The Admin module provides overall control of the system, enabling administrators to manage student and teacher accounts, oversee labs, experiments, and assignments, view assignment questions with answers, monitor submitted work, review scores, analyze feedback, and maintain an organized academic workflow. This platform promotes transparency, accessibility, and collaborative digital learning, providing an efficient and interactive environment for students and teachers to engage in virtual scientific experimentation.
