ABSTRACT

The e-commerce industry thrives on seamless communication, but excessive push notifications often lead to user fatigue, disengagement, and app uninstalls. This project proposes a streamlined notification system to improve the user experience while maintaining efficient communication for sellers and admins. Users receive essential updates like order status and restocking notifications, while sellers and admins manage inventory and operations with ease. This approach aims to reduce app fatigue, boost retention, and enhance operational efficiency.
