The main objective is to develop an IoT-based real-time GPS and health monitoring system for animals to track location and heart rate using GPS and heartbeat sensors. Data is sent to a mobile app for live monitoring, with alerts on abnormal heart rates to support timely health interventions and prevent theft.
This project presents a real-time animal health monitoring and GPS tracking system using Arduino Mega, SpO2 sensor, DHT11 sensor, MEMS sensor, GPS, GSM, Bluetooth, NodeMCU, LCD display, and buzzer. The system continuously monitors animal health parameters, movement, and location. Sensor data is displayed on the LCD, transmitted to a mobile application through Bluetooth, and uploaded to an IoT cloud platform using NodeMCU for remote monitoring. The GSM module sends alerts during abnormal conditions, while the buzzer provides local notifications. The proposed system offers an efficient and low-cost solution for livestock management, animal welfare, and real-time tracking.
