By integrating roles such as Users, Register Officers, and Admins, the platform ensures a structured and efficient workflow. Additionally, the inclusion of a chatbot-powered help desk fosters seamless communication and support, ensuring quick resolution of queries and improving the overall user experience in real estate management.
The Real Estate Management System is a comprehensive platform designed to streamline property transactions and enhance user experiences. It provides three main user roles: Users, Register Officers, and Admin. Users can register, login (post admin approval), upload land or flat details, view and filter properties, request properties, make payments, and track owned or purchased properties. Register Officers can register, login (post admin approval), review registration requests, and monitor registration transactions. Admins manage the system by approving users and Register Officers and overseeing overall platform activities. Additionally, the platform includes a chatbot-powered help desk for assistance, ensuring seamless communication and support for all users.
