Objective

The primary objective of this project is to develop a Property Management System that integrates both admin and user functionalities into a single platform. The system will allow Admins to easily manage property listings, view requests, and monitor transactions, while enabling users to browse properties, send requests, and track their transactions. The system aims to improve transaction transparency, streamline the property listing process, and simplify request management. Additionally, it will generate invoices for property transactions, ensuring accountability. The solution will be scalable, efficient, and user-friendly, focusing on automation to reduce manual efforts and enhance system performance.

Abstract

This project aims to develop a comprehensive and user-friendly Property Management System designed to efficiently manage property transactions, user requests, and property listings. The system is structured into two primary user roles: Admin and User. The Admin is responsible for adding properties, viewing requests, and managing transactions, while Users can browse properties, send requests, and view transaction history. The system facilitates property management, transaction tracking, and request handling seamlessly through an intuitive interface. The key objectives include simplifying property management tasks, streamlining user requests, and improving transaction transparency. By incorporating an organized structure with dedicated dashboards for both Admins and Users, the system enables smooth interaction and ensures that all requests and transactions are processed efficiently. Additionally, the system integrates invoice generation for transactions, enhancing financial transparency and accountability. The platform aims to provide a secure and scalable solution for property management, ensuring an efficient process flow for property transactions.
