The "Posture Analyzer and Facial Expression Detection" system is designed to monitor and assess human posture and emotional state in real-time. Leveraging modern computer vision techniques, the project utilizes a pretrained model for facial emotion detection and a custom-trained YOLOv8-based model for posture recognition using the Roboflow sitting posture dataset. The application aims to enhance awareness of physical well-being and mental state, especially in environments like workplaces, educational settings, or for personal health monitoring. The system allows users to register, log in, and independently analyze posture and facial expressions. Additionally, static suggestions are provided based on detection results to encourage better ergonomics and emotional wellness. Developed using Flask as the backend framework and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the frontend, this solution offers a practical, lightweight tool for non-intrusive monitoring.
