The purpose of the Employee Performance Evaluation System using Picture Fuzzy Logic is to develop an effective tool to evaluate employees’ performance more precisely and objectively. This project seeks to eliminate all the uncertainties associated with performance evaluation by developing an automatic and data-driven system that will generate accurate metrics on an ongoing basis. This tool will allow real-time monitoring of employees’ performance. At the same time, the idea of implementing such a tool is to develop an automated system that will give managers an opportunity to make decisions regarding employee performance in a more effective manner. This project also seeks to provide a platform where employees have access to information related to their performance and get feedback from the manager.
The Employee Performance Evaluation System implements Picture Fuzzy Logic to deliver accurate and efficient results which assess employee performance. The system operates through two primary modules which include Admin and Employee functions. Admin users can log in to manage employees, view evaluations, verify performance, and apply picture fuzzy logic to generate final evaluation scores and similarity metrics. The system provides functions which enable leaderboard management while it maintains proper operation of employee data handling processes. Employees can log in to view their performance evaluations, check criteria, and manage their profiles. Picture fuzzy logic enhances the evaluation process by improving reliability and precision. This approach establishes an evaluation system which maintains transparency and fairness while delivering objective findings about employee performance. The system delivers an improved solution which enhances performance management practices in work environments.
