Objective

The objective of the Online Grievance Redressal Portal is to create an efficient, transparent, and automated system for managing grievances. The system aims to streamline grievance submission by allowing users to easily register, submit grievances, and attach supporting documents. It will enable real-time tracking, ensuring that users can monitor the progress of their complaints and receive timely updates. Administrators will have tools to manage, moderate, and assign grievances to the appropriate departments, ensuring efficient grievance handling. The system will optimize departmental workflows, allowing departments to view, resolve, and update grievance statuses in a timely manner

Abstract

The Online Grievance Redressal Portal is an intuitive, web-based platform designed to streamline and automate the grievance redressal process for users, administrators, and departments. The system allows users to easily register, submit grievances, attach relevant documents, and track the status of their complaints in real-time. Administrators play a central role in managing, moderating, and assigning grievances to appropriate departments, ensuring smooth and efficient resolution. Departments can log in to view their assigned grievances, resolve them, update their status, and notify users of the resolution. Feedback and ratings from users on grievance handling further promote accountability and improve the overall quality of service. With features like profile management and real-time tracking, this portal enhances transparency, promotes quick action, and ensures an efficient grievance redressal mechanism, fostering a user-centric approach for resolving complaints in a timely manner. The system is implemented using modern web technologies with secure user authentication, facilitating seamless interaction among users, administrators, and departments, ultimately creating a reliable and transparent environment for grievance resolution.
