Abstract
The Online Business Directory & Review System is a web-based platform designed to connect business owners and potential customers. It provides a directory where businesses can list their services, products, and offers, and users can search and review businesses by category and location. The system features three main user roles: Visitors, Business Owners, and Admins. Visitors can browse businesses, rate services, post reviews, save favourites, and contact businesses. Business owners can manage their profiles, track reviews, offer deals, and analyse business performance. Admins moderate reviews, verify listings, and manage users.
This system aims to enhance business visibility and customer engagement. It provides a user-friendly environment where businesses can grow their online presence, and customers can make informed decisions based on reviews and ratings. By offering tools for direct interaction and business performance monitoring, the platform ensures efficient business management and improves consumer trust, ultimately fostering a well-organized directory for easy business discovery.
