The primary objective of this work is to enhance employee motivation and engagement during the on-boarding process by incorporating gamified elements. It seeks to foster stronger interpersonal connections among new hires through interactive and collaborative activities. The approach aims to make on-boarding more enjoyable and rewarding, thereby improving knowledge retention and understanding of organizational processes. Another goal is to provide real-time feedback and personalized experiences that adapt to individual learning and engagement patterns. The system is designed to reduce early-stage employee attrition by promoting a sense of achievement and belonging. It also intends to offer actionable insights for HR teams to refine and optimize on-boarding strategies. Additionally, the framework focuses on encouraging consistent participation and completion of on-boarding tasks. Overall, the objective is to create a structured, motivating, and socially engaging on-boarding environment that benefits both employees and the organization.
This study
explores a novel gamified framework designed to improve employee engagement and
motivation during the onboarding process. By integrating interactive
