Objective

The main objective of this project is to create a transparent and secure system for managing charitable donations and expenditures. The system will have three user roles: Admin, NGO, and User. The Admin will be able to manage NGOs, track donations, and oversee expenditure data. The NGO will have the ability to track donations, manage expenditures, and ensure data integrity. The User will be able to register, log in, donate to NGOs, and track their donations' usage. The platform aims to provide real-time access to donation history, ensure transparency in the usage of funds, and detect any data manipulations. By using a secure login mechanism and role-based access control, the system will ensure the privacy and integrity of sensitive data. The system will aim to bridge the gap between NGOs and users, building trust and enhancing the user experience in the donation process.

Abstract

This system provides a platform for managing donations, expenditures, and transactions between users and NGOs. It has three primary roles: Admin, NGO, and User. The Admin can log in and manage the system by adding, updating, and deleting NGO information, viewing donation and expenditure history, and checking for data manipulations. The NGO role allows organizations to log in, view the list of donations received, add and list expenditures, and monitor the history of donations and expenditures. NGOs are also responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data. The User role allows individuals to register and log in to their personal account, view and update their profile, and change their password within the app. Users can donate to NGOs, track donation history, and view how their funds have been utilized. Additionally, users have access to transaction history and can detect any data manipulations in the system. This system ensures transparency, security, and ease of use for all stakeholders, promoting trust and accountability in charitable activities.
