Objective
The objective of MediAssist is to develop a user-friendly AI-powered platform that assists users in managing their medications and medical symptoms, offering personalized recommendations, and encouraging informed decision-making. It aims to provide empathetic support while facilitating better health management.
Abstract
MediAssist is an AI-powered personal medication management system designed to assist individuals in managing their health and medications effectively. The system provides an interactive platform where users can chat with an AI regarding their medical conditions, receive empathic support, and undergo a symptom diagnosis. Based on the symptoms and medical history inputted, the AI generates recommendations on what steps to take next, alongside potential medications—advising users to consult a doctor before taking any prescribed medicines. The system also offers a user profile page for easy management and logout functionality. MediAssist aims to offer a user-friendly, empathetic, and informative health assistant that helps bridge the gap between users' symptoms and medical advice. Through its AI capabilities, MediAssist strives to simplify medication management, enhance user engagement, and provide valuable insights into personal health management.
