Objective

The study develops a lightweight variant of EfficientNetB3 for automated leukemia detection from WBC images. It integrates depthwise separable convolutions to streamline model parameters while preserving crucial features. A comprehensive dataset of annotated WBC images is curated for model training. Through extensive experimentation, the proposed model's efficacy is evaluated in achieving competitive performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, and recall compared to conventional architectures. The goal is to advance efficient and accurate leukemia detection using deep learning techniques, enhancing medical diagnostics for scalable solutions in clinical practice.
