The main objective of the project is to do an web application using React for creating a chatbot for applying the leave.

Abstract

The Leave Management System (LMS) is a comprehensive, automated solution designed to streamline and optimize the process of managing employee leave within an organization. This system aims to replace traditional manual methods of leave management with a more efficient and accurate approach, ensuring smooth operations and increased productivity .The LMS provides a user-friendly interface accessible to both employees and administrators. Employees can conveniently request leave, specify the type of leave (e.g., vacation, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave), and select the desired dates. The system automatically calculates the available leave balance and verifies the eligibility based on company policies and relevant factors such as seniority, work schedule, and accrued leave. The LMS incorporates advanced features to enhance efficiency and convenience. It sends automated notifications to employees regarding the status of their leave requests, eliminating the need for frequent follow-ups. The system integrates with the organization's calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling and preventing conflicts or overlapping leaves. Additionally, it facilitates seamless integration with the payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely leave deductions and salary calculations. By implementing the Leave Management System, organizations can achieve several benefits. It significantly reduces administrative burden and eliminates the risk of errors inherent in manual leave management processes. Employees experience enhanced transparency, enabling them to plan their leaves more effectively. Furthermore, the system promotes fairness and consistency by ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
