Objective

The objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive e-commerce platform that efficiently manages the needs of Admins, Sellers, and Users. The platform will provide Admins with control over user management, product listings, payments, and reports. Sellers will be able to manage products, track orders, and analyze sales performance, while Users can browse, like products, and make secure payments. The system will also integrate dummy payment features, coupon management, real-time reporting, and user-friendly dashboards, enhancing overall platform efficiency and user engagement.

Abstract

This paper presents a comprehensive solution for an enhanced job portal system utilizing Blockchain technology for secure user data storage and Gemini AI for interview analysis. The system integrates three primary modules: Admin, Company, and User (Candidate), all built on a MERN stack framework. The Admin module allows for efficient management of users, companies, and mock interviews, while the Company module facilitates job postings, application management, and candidate shortlisting. The User module offers a platform for candidates to upload resumes, perform ATS (Applicant Tracking System) analysis, and receive job recommendations based on skill gap analysis and resume skills. Additionally, the interview data and resume analysis are securely stored on the blockchain, ensuring data integrity and privacy. By integrating Gemini AI for advanced analysis during mock interviews, the system offers a cutting-edge solution to improve recruitment efficiency, enhance job search experiences, and streamline the hiring process.
