Issue-Tracker is a issue tracking system that keep tracks on all your bugs or issues. Each developer or student wants to develop a system which is filly error-proof or having no issue. It keeps track on all issues. Sometimes you try to resolve a issue which is not caught easily so you should take help of this type of project. The system uses a simple modular API to make addition of features or new modules in very fast way. It supports many features that will allow technical /customer support organizations to take care of customer. Some of these include things like file upload, notifications.
