The IOT based paralysis patient health care system is a system implemented to intended to enable the patient to convey different messages to specialists attendant or his/her friends and family or his/her loved ones over the speaker. We go over rest homes and NGO's serving crippled patients who have their entire body impaired by the Paralysis attack. These persons by and large are not ready to pass on their necessities as they are neither ready to talk appropriately nor do they pass on through communication via gestures because of misfortune in engine control by their mind. In such a circumstance we propose a concept that helps incapacitated individual in showing a message over the LCD by simply straightforward movement of any piece of his body which has movement capacities. This project works by reading the tilt bearing of the client part. The working of the gadget here is appeared by holding in the fingers of the portable hand. The client now simply needs to tilt the gadget in a specific point to pass on a message. Tilting the gadget in various ways passes on an alternate message. Here we use accelerometer so as to gauge the measurements of movement. It at that point passes on this information to the micro controller. The micro controller forms the information and presentations the specific message according to include acquired. The microcontroller now displays the associated message on the LCD screen and giver louder voice through Speaker
