This project presents an IoT-enabled system for advanced water quality monitoring in ponds, enhancing management and environmental conservation through real-time data collection, analysis, and timely interventions.
The "IoT-Enabled Moving Wheelchair with Obstacle Detection and Continuous Health Monitoring" is a sophisticated system designed to enhance both mobility and safety for wheelchair users. Central to the system is an Arduino Uno microcontroller, which coordinates various components including a Bluetooth HC-05 module for wireless control of the wheelchair, a motor driver, and DC motors for precise movement. Obstacle detection is managed by ultrasonic sensors, preventing collisions and ensuring safe navigation. Health monitoring features include a heartbeat sensor for real-time heart rate tracking and a Dallas temperature sensor to monitor body temperature. Data is continuously uploaded to ThingSpeak using a NodeMCU module, providing remote access to health and movement metrics. In case of emergencies, a GSM module sends instant notifications to caregivers or emergency contacts. This integrated approach provides users with enhanced mobility, real-time health monitoring, and immediate emergency communication, offering greater independence and safety.
