Abstract
The purpose of this project is to make the process of taking feedback from the customers/public in online regarding the officer’s behavior or performance of the employee in any Government offices. Online feedback system is the web based feedback collecting system from the people and provides the automatic generation of a feedback which is given by public. It is very helpful to government to take feedback from public from web. In this system feedback for MRO, VRO and RI is included and you can vote in categories like whether is asking bribe or work-in-time or delay-in-work.
In the existing system people can give feedback about the officers by writing a letter to district magistrate. By our new process public can give feedback in online system without wasting his time in writing. So by this system people who have given feedback about officers details are safe and it is not visible for officers. Only the rating of particular officer is visible in the webpage. Once uploaded in the cloud nobody can change the details in the server.
