IOT Based Biometric Attendence Using Arduino

Objective

The main objective of this project is to use Biometric Authentication for attendance management and also uploading the same data to server

Abstract

Attendance management is important to every single organization; it can decide whether or not an organization such as educational institutions, public or private sectors will be successful in the future. Managing student attendance during lecture periods has become a difficult challenge. The ability to compute the attendance percentage becomes a major task as manual computation produces errors, and wastes a lot of time.

In this project we are doing an attendance system which have Fingerprint bases authentication. The data of student will be uploaded when he or she punches thumb using fingerprint. All the students’ finger prints are updated in the data base. Based on the fingerprint the data will be updated.
