The Integrated Examination Management System (IEMS or ExamiNet) is a dynamic, multi-functional platform designed to optimize the administration of academic examinations within educational institutions. Utilizing a robust tech stack comprising Spring Boot for the backend, React JS for the frontend, and MySQL for database operations, IEMS facilitates a streamlined, efficient, and user-friendly interface for all stakeholders involved in the examination process. The system is divided into three primary user modules: Admin, Invigilator, and Students. Administrators have comprehensive control, allowing them to manage faculty and student databases, create and distribute exam notifications, oversee exam applicants, generate hall tickets, assign examination rooms, and produce final results. Invigilators can register, view exam schedules, update their availability, view detailed exam information, and verify hall tickets. Students benefit from features like registration, exam application, QR-coded hall ticket downloads, and accessing their results online. This end-to-end management not only significantly reduces the administrative burden but also enhances transparency and accessibility, thereby improving the overall examination governance and student experience.
