The hotel management software provides all kinds of record keeping feature required in a hotel like day books, daily business book, Preparation of OFI(Opurtinuity For Improvement) and many more automatically.

This web application is specially developed to help the user as well as the hotel staff. The project Hotel Management manages and maintains the records of customers and room in the hotel. The rooms have different categories such as AC, Non-AC. So, their charges and records will be maintained accordingly.

This software has been made in a user friendly interface, so that admin can add, delete the entries of customers and handle all the transactions easily. As a security we have provided Admin & user level authentication for different modules, the user name and password gets stored in the database. Customer can either book in advance, or he can directly Check-In. For the convenience of Administration, we have provided facility to generate report of transactions made in terms of check-in & check-out, bookings by day or specified time span.
