The objective is to develop a comprehensive hostel management application that seamlessly connects users, wardens, admins, and NGOs. This platform aims to streamline user access to hostel services, facilitate efficient complaint resolution, enhance food service feedback, and optimize NGO food donations. The goal is to create a unified and user-friendly system that fosters a well-managed and supportive hostel environment.

Abstract

This application facilitates efficient communication and management within a hostel environment. Users can sign up, get verified by the warden, and access features such as viewing menus, requesting attendance or permissions, and submitting complaints. Wardens have the authority to review and update complaint statuses, provide feedback on food services, and manage donated food for NGOs. Admins oversee the entire system, handling complaints and requests. Cooks contribute by creating daily menus, considering dietary preferences, and receiving feedback. Overall, the platform streamlines hostel operations, ensuring a seamless experience for users, wardens, admins, and contributing NGOs.
